โจ Your comfort matters! You can easily return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
โ๏ธ If Thereโs a Manufacturing Defect:
- We cover all shipping costs.
- You may choose between: a replacement or a refund via your original payment method.
๐ย If Thereโs No Defect:
- Returns and exchanges are still allowed.
- The customer covers the shipping cost (return + delivery).
- Exchanges are available for color or model changes of the same product (e.g., scarves or bags).
๐ซ Exclusions:
- Homeware.
- Stainless steel accessories.
(โ Cannot be returned or exchanged).
๐ Order Modifications or Cancellations:
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 5 hours of placement only.

2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Add a note with your order number + reason for return/exchange.
4. Weโll schedule a courier to collect the item.
